MANAGED MAINTENANCE PROGRAMME
When equipment is in operation, some manufacturer's operating procedures cannot deliver the service which customers would expect and deserve.
For these reasons, we manage a preventative maintenance programme which will maintain the equipment throughout the duration of the rental period. When operational, any daily routine scheduled servicing will be undertaken by our offshore service technician(s).
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMME
All RentAir equipment undergoes scheduled preventative maintenance under our maintenance programme. Prior to every mobilisation, each item of equipment undergoes a thorough 100+ point check and routine service.
This maintenance planning is driven by a cutting-edge, automated management system that has been specifically designed for our use. This system interfaces with our comprehensive rental system and tracks the equipment by number of days on hire and via equipment hour meter readings. To ensure reliable and trouble-free operation it is essential that a RentAir Technician carries out timely, routine maintenance during and after each rental period offshore and that is recorded on our system.
DECAL
As well as certification plates, every item of equipment carries a decal with the last recorded service and a detail of when the next service is due.
